On December 5, a panel discussion on the peculiarities of state registration of pesticides and agrochemicals on Ukraine's path to the EU will take place at the "Agro Innovations 2025" forum. This is reported by Latifundist.com. The expert on regulatory policy in the field of pesticides and moderator of the upcoming discussion panel, Vladyslav Sedyk, said that after Ukraine's accession to the EU, the situation will change fundamentally. In case of non-compliance with European requirements, such products will not be allowed to enter the market—neither for export nor for sale within the country. Most likely, the regulator will decide on the removal and destruction of such batches, rather than their "redirection" to another continent.
