The quality standards are generally not good, except for strawberries which have average levels. However, the processing batches are recent. Blueberries of Peruvian origin are still found, while currants are scarce.
This is the snapshot taken by the Piccoli Frutti Observatory, which stopped in Piacenza today, April 23rd. In particular, 19 sales points of 19 brands belonging to 15 large-scale retail trade (large-scale retail) groups were visited.

In the 18 stores visited there were a minimum of one and a maximum of six items, with an average of 3.3 items per store. 89% have raspberries in their assortment; The
