There is a new Customs measure to avoid under-invoicing of exports that established at US $ 1.25/kilo the reference value of raisin exported to Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

Argentina is the ninth-largest exporter of raisins in the world and San Juan is the province that produces the largest quantity of this product.

Before taking this measure, the Customs technical area exchanged information with the San Juan Chamber of Foreign Trade.
