Bulgaria imported first quantities of corn and barley since the harvest

Bulgaria has imported the very first quantities of corn and barley since July 2020. According to Varna port statistics, the imported quantities of corn are 4,200 tons and 2,200 tons of barley.

According to Sofia Commodity Exchange's latest update, corn is being offered at €179 per ton while buyers are looking to purchase at €169 per ton.
