Problems in retreiving exported pepper from Nepal

So far, containers of Vietnamese pepper exported to Nepal have been stuck for more than four months. There are currently 62 containers from 15 enterprises worth over 3 million USD that are currently stuck in Nepal. Some of Vietnam's pepper containers are checked by the Indian Trade Fraud Prevention Agency (DRI), making the process of bringing goods back to Vietnam prolonged. This occurred because Nepal issued a sudden ban on 5 items, including pepper, which took effect from April 6.
