The article introduces Milena Mincheva, a farmer in Bulgaria who has successfully shifted her family's agricultural business towards organic grain production, including wheat, corn, sunflower, and beans, covering 500 decares of land in General Toshevo. The family is introducing a new variety of Bulgarian wheat, selected by the Dobrudzha Agricultural Institute, for organic production. Despite facing challenges like lower yields, they value the environmental benefits and quality of their organic produce. In August, they received a bio mill certificate, adding value to their primary production. They are also building a community of organic producers and have caught the attention of an Armenian delegation.
