Areas not affected heavily by COVID-19, allowed to resume business operations

The Union Government of India, updated regulation that has allowed activities of farming, harvesting, processing of agricultural, fisheries and animal husbandry products, from 20 April 2020. Exemptions to resume work in these industries will be in areas with less COVID-19 cases/under control.
Plantation activities have been allowed for coconut, areca nut, cocoa, spices tea, and coffee (considering the time of plantation starting) but with a rider of 50% of the general time labor force.
