Demand for shrimp has increased dramatically in the past couple of weeks. Now that the new season has arrived, fisheries are seeing a positive response from the market with large orders coming from traditional markets.

The same situation is happening with Ilex squid, which went through a rough patch at the beginning of the pandemic but has quickly caught up with supply.
