Published Mar 26, 2021
The central Mexican state of Aguascalientes is "en route" of shifting their typical agricultural production -specialized over the years in mainly guavas and grapes- to also harvest strawberries, Persian lime, asparagus, dragon fruit, and some other berries, which have had great acceptance in foreign markets, such as North America and Europe. The State's office of Agribusiness is focused on facilitating and training producers who wish to diversify their production, which will diversify and strengthen Aguascalientes' agricultural offer.
