Medium coconut flakes are a natural product obtained from purified, fresh coconut flesh, which is gently dried. They are white to cream in colour, have a flexible texture and a characteristic, natural coconut aroma, without any foreign odours or flavours.

Thanks to its high fat content (60–70%) and low moisture content (<3%), medium dried coconut is ideal for use in the food industry. It maintains its shelf life and stability, and its pleasant texture gives products a distinctive coconut flavour.

Finely ground coconut flakes are finely ground coconut flakes obtained from the dried flesh of fresh coconuts. The product is distinguished by its light, white to slightly creamy color and mild, characteristic coconut aroma. Thanks to its high natural coconut fat content and low moisture content, the flakes retain their freshness, intense flavour and high nutritional value.

Fine coconut flakes are a product free from GMOs, allergens and radiation. They meet the requirements of EU regulations on pesticide residues, heavy metals and mycotoxins. Thanks to their technological properties, they are an ideal ingredient for the food and confectionery industries.

Coconut chips are a natural, full-fat product extracted from ripe, carefully selected coconuts. The flesh of the coconut is peeled, washed, blanched, dried and processed to produce a bright white color and a mild, sweet aroma. The product is widely used in bakery, confectionery and chocolate production. Foodcom S.A. offers fine-grained whole desiccated coconut full fat (Fine Grade) with a fine texture, and medium-grained whole coconut chips (Medium Grade), characterized by slightly larger particles.
