DDGS (Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles) corn is a light yellow to brown powder. It is created in the process of converting corn starch into ethanol. The resulting sugar is fermented by yeast, which leads to the formation of ethanol. After separating the ethanol, the product is subjected to a drying process.
