Broad bean protein isolate is obtained from organic broad bean varieties (Tundra) using a solvent-free alkaline method. This ensures that the product remains pure and is suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. Isolated fava bean protein is a fine grey-white powder with a very mild, characteristic legume flavour. The product is distinguished by its high protein content (over 80%), low fat, sugar and salt content, and the absence of GMOs and allergens.
