To utilize connect with suppliers by message, meetings and endorsement, you need to fulfill two requirements:

1. Become a verified buyer by uploading your business documents.
2. Add at least one product of interest to your profile.

For more information about fulfilling these requirements, go to Settings - Verification, or Buyer Workspace - Buyer Profile.

Send messages

You can send messages to other verified buyers and suppliers by clicking Send Message on their user cards. Find their user cards in the following locations:

• Buyer or supplier profile page
• Posts on feed
• Product detail page

For existing conversations, you can simply find the message window from your message list.

To send messages to suppliers, you can also search for supplier profiles and click Contact Now. Select the company representative you want to reach out and click Send Message.

Book video call meetings

You can book a meeting with premium suppliers through the representative’s user card:

1. Click Book a Meeting.
2. Select your proposed date and time for the meeting.
   
3. Select your product of interest and leave a message for the supplier.
   
4. Agree to the Tridge Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
   
5. Click Submit to send your meeting request.
   

You will be notified as soon as your meeting request is accepted.

• Premium supplier profile page
• Posts on feed
• Premium product detail page

Note: Click Contact Now on the premium supplier card to select the representative you want to have a meeting with and click Book a Meeting.

Endorse other companies

Endorsements are another indicator of trust on Tridge. Users can endorse other companies and share their positive experiences interacting with them.

To endorse a company:

• Visit the company’s profile.
• Click Endorse.
  
• Check Add remark if you want to share something about the company.
  
• Click Submit Endorsement.
