Start to edit your account settings by clicking the company account at the top right corner of the page and click My account settings.
Edit account information
You can view and edit the information in my account. The information that you registered during sign up is automatically filled in. Account information is as follow:
- Profile Image: Click Upload your personal image. Click Add file or photo or drop image file in the blue dashed box to upload. You can only upload one image at a time. Click Confirm to register the image.
- Name: Click Change your name if you misspelled the name. Edit your name and click Save Changes.
- Country of residence: You can edit your country of residence by clicking Edit country of residence. Click the country dropdown and scroll through the list of countries. Select the country of residence and click Save Changes.
- Email address: You can not edit your email address. If you want to use a different email address, you have to sign up with a new email address.
- Phone number: You can edit your phone number by clicking Change your phone number. Click the country dropdown and scroll through the list of countries. Select the country and enter your phone number. Click Save Changes.
Change password
You can change your password in "My Account" by entering a new password. You have to click Save Changes to apply a new password. Changes will not be saved unless you click Save Changes.
Link accounts
You can easily access Tridge by linking your Tridge account with your social accounts. You can link your Tridge account with Linkedin, Google and Facebook. Click Link and sign in through your linked social account. If you want to remove the link, click Unlink.
Manage email notification
You can receive personalized email notifications and newsletters from Tridge. You can edit the type of email notifications according to your preferences.
To unsubscribe or update email preferences, click the checkbox of each type of notification. You can also unsubscribe all notifications by clicking the toggle at the right corner. You have to click Save Changes to change email notifications. Changes will not be saved unless you click Save Changes.
The type of email notifications are as follow:
- Transaction Emails: You can receive transactional emails related to your activities on Tridge. For example, you will be notified when other users request a meeting with you.
- Reminder Emails: You can receive reminder emails related to things that need your attention on Tridge. For example, you will get reminders to follow products of your interest.
- Tridge Daily Market Digest: You can receive customized digest emails with media content curated according to your following product preferences.
- Updates & Announcements: You can receive updates based on your activity on our website, as well as the latest announcements about our products and services.
