To utilize meetings, you need to fulfill two requirements:

Review your booking status, reschedule, or cancel your meetings through the Meetings page under Company Workspace.
Requests to reschedule meetings will appear at the top of the page under Pending Confirmation Inbox. Previous meetings that did not take place will also be visible here so you can reschedule another meeting.
Click on the meetings on your calendar to view more details. You can also request to reschedule, cancel, or join meetings from here.
The video call meeting opens 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Make sure that you allow your browser to access your camera and microphone.
