The premium supplier profile feature is only available for premium suppliers. 

If you have purchased the premium supplier plan, start by visiting Company Workspace - Profile and click on the Premium tab.

Note: Premium suppliers can start utilizing Tridge even before publishing their profile. However, it is recommended you publish your profile first.

Requirements to publish premium supplier profile

The following 4 sections must be complete in order to publish premium supplier profile:

• Thumbnail Image
• Intro Image/Video
• Why Us
• Products

Updating profile

Once your profile is published, buyers will be able to search for and view your profile.

To be recognized as a trustworthy supplier, it is recommended that you add the following to your profile details:

• Thumbnail Image
• Intro Image/Video
  
• Company Logo
  
• Company Information
  
• Company Details
  
• 360° Virtual Tour: Exclusive to those who purchased the 360° virtual tour add-on. Once you’ve purchased the add-on, Tridge staff will contact you to prepare the video and upload it on your profile on your behalf.
  
• Verification Details: Additional documentation that proves the legitimacy of your company. Any documents uploaded will be verified by Tridge, free of charge. (Note: The documents provided will not be disclosed to any third party). Companies who get verified will receive a Tridge verification badge for their profile.
  
• Products: To upload your products, click the Products tab, click Add, and complete the form.
  1. Add a Main Image and Other Images that you want to display for a product.
  2. Fill in the name of the product.
  3. Search and select the relevant product category.
  4. Provide details and any product specifications.
  5. (Optional) Write a detailed description of the product.
  6. Select the country of origin for the product.
  7. Select the company representatives to be displayed in the product detail page. They will be the assigned contact person for this product.
  8. (Optional) If the product has received any certifications, kindly provide details.
  9. Click Confirm to upload the product.
• Photos & Videos
• Certifications: To upload certifications, click Add in the Certifications section, and complete the form.
  1. Search for the certification you want to add (If the certificate is not on the list, click + New Certificate and enter certification name, organization name, and a website URL).
  2. Enter the certification number.
  3. Fill in the issuing organization of the certification.
  4. Select the certification issuance date.
  5. Choose the validity period of the certification and click Confirm to add the certification.
• Export History
• Our People: User cards of all members/representatives who have joined the same company workspace will be visible. Each company representative may add or edit information about themselves on their settings page, such as their profile image, position, and introduction message. (Note: Other verified buyers and suppliers may message or follow you or your company representatives via the Send Message or Follow button on your user card.)
• Why Us?: In the "Why Us" section, highlight your company’s key strengths, such as product quality, certifications, and experience. Showcase what makes your company unique and reliable.

Note: Improve the visibility of your profile and products by providing detailed information. The more details you include, the higher your profile and products will rank, increasing your chances of connecting with potential buyers. Make sure to upload comprehensive details, such as photos and videos, to maximize your exposure.

Transfer data to basic profile

Once your premium supplier access has 15 days left or has already expired, you can transfer your premium profile data to your basic profile.

The following data will be transferred:

• Products
• Thumbnail
• Why Us?
• Photos & Videos
• Certifications
• Export History

Transferring your premium profile data will overwrite any related data in the basic profile, and the data format may change to match the basic profile structure.

Note: Ensure only one company member uses the transfer feature at a time to avoid errors.
