To utilize these features, you have to complete the following requirements.

1. Get verified.
2. Add your products in your company profile.

Publish profile

How to publish profile as a supplier:

1. Click the company account at the right corner of the page.
2. Click Go to company workspace.
3. Click the Profile tab at the left side of the page.
4. Add products that your business has to offer. You can also register information such as company story, photos & videos or certifications to attract potential buyers.

Note: Set your role as a supplier to publish a supplier profile by clicking the company account at the right corner of the page and clicking Switch role.

Explore buyers of your interest

Step 1: Search for buyers

1. Click Find Buyers at the top of the screen.
2. Click the search bar and type the product name. Select the relevant products that appear in the list as you type or press enter to view the results.
3. Click a buyer of your interest from the results.
   

Note: Basic plan users can access limited search results. To access unlimited search results, you need to upgrade your account. To upgrade, contact our sales team.

Step 2: Explore buyers

1. Explore company details, RFQs and posts that the company posted.
2. Select a representative and click Send Message to start connection with the buyer.

Submit quotes

How to submit quotes:

1. Click Find Buyers at the top of the screen.
2. Scroll through the list of ongoing RFQs at the right side of the page. Click View all RFQs to check all the list of RFQs.
3. Click Submit Quote for the RFQ that you are interested in.
4. Fill in contact information and company information before writing details of the quote.
5. Fill in the details including products & specifications, packaging, logistic terms, payment terms and additional information.
6. Read the consent details and click the checkbox.
7. Click Submit Quote at the bottom of the page.

Note: Basic plan users can submit up to 3 quotes only per month. To submit more quotes, you have to upgrade your account. To upgrade, contact our sales team
