Receive messages

Only basic suppliers with published profiles and premium suppliers can receive messages.

For more information about publishing your supplier profile, go to Supplier Workspace -Basic Supplier Profile, or Supplier Workspace -Premium Supplier Profile.

Users can send messages through their:

• Product detail page
• Supplier profile page
• Posts on feed

Every time you receive a message, you will be notified via email.

The messages you receive will be displayed in your message list, located in top right corner of your screen. Open the message window to reply.

Actively participate in the Tridge platform to increase the chance of receiving messages from other users.

Send messages

Only premium suppliers can send messages first and initiate a conversation. To learn about what you can do as a premium supplier, click here.

Once you become a premium supplier, you may contact other verified users directly through the messaging feature.

You can send messages to buyers and other verified suppliers by clicking Send Message on their user cards. Find their user cards in the following locations:

• Buyer or supplier profile page
• Posts on feed
• RFQ detail page

For existing conversations, you can simply find the message window from your message list.

Send messages to other suppliers through their product detail page or supplier card. Click Contact Now. Select the company representative you want to reach out and click Send Message.

Schedule meetings

The scheduling online meetings feature is only available for premium suppliers. To learn about what you can do as a premium supplier, click here.

Once you have become a premium supplier, you may contact other verified users directly through the online meeting feature.

When a buyer schedules a meeting with you, you will receive an email notification containing the buyer's company information.

Note: You have to set your available time slots to receive video call requests from buyers. To learn more about managing schedules, click here.

Endorse other companies

Submitting endorsement is only available for premium suppliers, and basic suppliers with a published profile.

For more information about publishing your supplier profile, go to Supplier Workspace -Basic Supplier Profile, or Supplier Workspace -Premium Supplier Profile.

Endorsements are another indicator of trust on Tridge. Users can endorse other companies and share their positive experiences interacting with them.

To endorse a company:

1. Visit the company’s profile.
2. Click Endorse.
3. Check Add remark if you want to share something about the company.
4. Click Submit Endorsement.

Every time a user endorses your company, you will be notified via email. Visit Company Workspace - Profile to view the endorsements your company has received.
