Get verified

Users who joined Tridge since July 24, 2025, are verified during the sign-up process and do not need to complete verification again.

Only users who joined before July 24, 2025, and are not yet verified must follow the steps below to complete verification.

The verification process is conducted by Tridge and is free of charge.

How to become verified:

1. Click the company account at the right corner of the page and click Company settings.
2. Click Get verified.
3. Enter your company name, country, and website, and upload a business document (an English business registration certificate is recommended) to begin the company verification process.
4. Please wait a few minutes for the verification to complete. If your company can’t be verified, check that the information on your business document matches the details you provided and try again. If verification still fails despite everything being correct, request manual verification. The manual verification process may take up to 5~10 days.
5. Once your business document is approved, a verification check mark will appear next to your company name. You will also be able to enter Tridge Eye.

Requirements for a valid business document

To ensure that your business document is approved, please make sure that your document meets the required conditions specified below

• Supported file format: Upload a PDF file with clear image quality and fewer than 5 pages.
• Company name: The company name provided in the document must match the company name that you’ve submitted.
• Registered country of the company: The country where the document was issued must match the country you selected during sign-up.
• Issuing authority: The document must be issued by a recognized government authority.
• Owner or CEO name: If mentioned, the name of the owner or CEO must match your company records.
• Validity of the certificate: Ensure your certificate is not expired.
• Document validity: Ensure the document is not expired and was issued within the past year.

Note: Uploading a business registration certificate in English is highly recommended to ensure a faster and more accurate verification process.
